  • detectors: Photonis XP2020/Q photomultipliers equipped cylindrical with BaF2 scintillators
  • electronics: analogue modules NIM (Ortec, Fast-Com Canberra)
  • timing resolution: 220 ps (FWHM 22Na)
  • coincidence count rate: 15/s (4 MBq 22Na)
  • suppression ratio 60Co / 22Na: 5 x 10-3

Our triple coincidence positron lifetime spectrometer was successfully employed for characterization of neutron-irradiated reactor-pressure-vessel steels which contain 60Co radioisotope. Obtained result can be found in the following paper:
